I ordered a pair of WE Blank Handles from 'Best Sharpening Stones' on 8/28/12 and the order was 'completed' through PayPal. I have yet to receive confirmation of my order or any info for that matter. I did send him one e-mail and left 2 messages with his answering service and still no response.

Has anyone else had any problems with this vendor? I'm only out $35 in the end, so it's not a financial loss. I do, however, have a bone to pick with on-line vendors who don't have the courtsey to even communicate with their buyers. Afterall, that's who's keeping them in business.

Oh well...we live and learn who 'not' to do business with.

Yes I have, with a lot of other people. I went through the exact same thing you're going through. I'm sure Clay of Wicked Edge knows about him. I thought he was going to stop letting him be a dealer. It took me awhile but I did get my money back from PP.

Gawddddd dang it!!! Ive got about sixty bucks tied up in that company for some hand american diamond spray. Already tried to email him (mike) about getting my money back and havent gotten a reply in several days. Shouldve done a little researching but i jumped the gun anyways. DONT LET THE CLEAN WEBSITE FOOL YOU! Buy from Chef Knives To Go instead. They were outof stock at that point but trust me, its worth the wait!

Just got my package 2 weeks late after talking to Mike several times and a couple nasty emails. He shipped express mail but it arrived two days late anyways lol.

I sent him a whole bunch of nasty e-mails. Your very lucky you got something out of him. Hopefully you won't press your luck.

Total BS company. No communication, delayed shipping. There's threads all over the forums about their shady business practices.

Me.
Never shipped an item, then suddenly got it in the mail a few months later after I told them to cancel the order. Sent it back, never credited my credit card, had to dispute it. I am not sure how they stay in business.
