Don't want kydex, like to have a snap on there to secure the blade. Also need a belt loop on cause I wear it clipped to a carabiner so its open, and legal so can't have any high riding sheath.

You might want to contact Dwayne at Armoralleather and see what he can do for you. He is a master with leather and I know he has a Rat Hunter so you wouldn't need to send yours in ( I know he has one because it's mine 
)
