Why 80s camo carbon

I've been noticing a theme of 80s camo carbon being 20-50% markup on the secondary over any other carbon config. Is there any reason behind this other than limited quantities? Something im not seeing perhaps.

i get why some like it...but I wouldn't pay more for it myself.....have zero interest in it.

They call it ‘80s camo, but it more like ‘60s psychedelica.

Anyway, limited editions usually get higher prices in the secondary, at least for a little while.
