Why buy a STRIDER, specially now?

While I just recently acquired my first 2 Strider's, an older model SnG and a brand new SMF from the latest run, I can tell you that the new knives coming out of the shop have incredible quality. The fit, finish, lock up, and smoothness are next to none in a knife this capable and strong. The whole valor thing to me is irrelevant, people buy stuff from 3rd world countries daily that are made by people that are not making enough income to support themselves and don't bat an eye to the injustice there. If you like a knife buy a knife, if you don't then don't and move on. Was Mick wrong? Absolutely, but people change and everyone is a product of where they came from. If you buy one and it isn't for you, you can easily recoup all funds invested in it on the secondary market.

No, I have proof he is still evil!

Now that he is making better F&F knives he put an aluminum scale on the front!! What the hell!

So what is morally worse? Buying a knife from Mick Strider or buying a clone of a Strider?

DocJD DocJD V VorTech I am willing to bet the vast majority of the knife community would have readily forgiven him if he would have apologized for real and shown some humility for his error.

And not gotten a Ranger regiment tattoo on his arm...
