why can't i log on from a differnt comp.

Are you able to log on to your "account" from a differnt computer? I havn't been home much and would like to update my threads from somewhere else, but when i log on it tells me thank you and then acts like I haven't logged on after all.

Try deleting your bladeforums.com cookies. Here's the official FAQ answer:

If you're using Firefox you can delete cookies with Tools->Options->Privacy->Show Cookies.

be sure you are going to "www.bladeforums.com" and not just "bladeforums.com". the cookies/login info aren't stored the same and if you log in to "bladeforums.com" and then try to click on something the links point to "www.bladeforums.com" and the login info isn't recognized and acts like you haven't logged in

this isn't as much of a problem once you have logged in correctly because it's in your history and it kinda adds the www. prefix for you

this was really annoying the first time i ran into this
