why can't i pull the trigger

So, here is my story...
On the way back from South Carolina to Colorado, we stopped at the Smokey Mountain Knife Works store. There, I was able to play with LOTS of knives. I had heard of ZT and loved the way they felt in my hand, but I had carried a Benchmade Zytel handle folder. It was very thin, small and easy to sharpen and it was what I was used to. But, it was worn out and needed to be replaced. I played with the ZT 0560, the 0350, 0780 and the 0550. I was able to get their last ZT 0780, and I am glad that I did. It was the closest thing in size to the Benchmade. I didn't know that it would be damn near impossible to find shortly after that. The 0560 felt HUGE to me, but considering what I was used to, that isn't a surprise. A few weeks ago, I was able to trade for a 0560 and it is what I am carrying right now. Now, things are reversed and many of my other knives feel tiny to me. The quality of the knife is above par and is the envy of my friends and co-workers.
 
I kinda wish I would have waited I've seen them recently for ~$200,still for $260 it's an awesome knife ,definitely worth it.

I have a 561 and I don't carry mine that much ,however I carried it a couple of days ago ,reminds me how much I like it,will be carrying it more in the future....
 
This whole thread so far and no one post a pic? Post a pic and it'll be ordered! That's what got me.
 
Just get really drunk and buy it online! A few clicks of the mouse and it's all done! Problem solved! Hahaha
 
I was in the same boat when I boat mine. Just do IT!!! lol.... I love mine now the problem is how to talk myself into the second one lol

Carbon fiber, Titanium, S110v composite blade, KVT... :eek: What's not to like? (except maybe the price) ;)
 
^ same reason I have yet to own a 0560, waiting and hoping. Plus the 0301 takes away the need for the 0560, but with the CFCB it is now a big WANT!
 
man....just when i thought i'd be satisfied with putting a new scale on my 0560 you have to go and show me THAT picture....another on my want list with the ZT 0777 and 0600.....

If you don't feel compelled to get an 0560, then I think you have plenty of time to wait around until the urge is unstoppable. This is a classic standard-setting design that will probably be a top seller that's readily available for many years to come.
 
I can't believe that you haven't bought one yet! This has been going on waaaaaay to long. Remind me to shame you next time I see you. ;)
