Lots of spyderco's--just waitin on my first one- a manix2-- never really cared for the "hole" in em... So, as to your question-- buying knives is a genetic disease- there may have been good reasons for it once upon a time- but nowadays it's a disease... :-) good luck

Nice collection. Well start of a collection...MWHAHAHAHAHAH

LOL...

I know it's not as many as most of the chronic knife-aholics on here, but the thing that worries me is that I have only been collecting for a bit less than a year.

My wife has threatened to start a purse and shoe collection if I keep this up.

Nice collection you have there, time to get some psychology books cuz you're going to need them, it only gets worse from here.

Because you like them....Now completely avoid the cheaper models and save up for the good uns. Pick up your favorite models and try to buy american....then look for cheaper hand-mades or customs sold here on BF.....

maybe get into crk's.....I have yet to take that step.

I'm right there with you man - been getting some comments from my wife as well. It could be worse, you could be collecting/buying guns - they're a lot more expensive habit. I find with knives, you either won't spend enough to worry about it, or you'll always get your money out of them if you're not happy with them (as long as you are smart when buying).

I have the knife bug to... *twitch twitch* I think I have 200 Knives at the moment and I'm 17. So I have a life of collecting ahead of me

i'd consider myself a habitual knife collector and i don't even have that many knives. However, in a couple of weeks i'm making a trip to Smoky mountain knife works, and let me tell you, i'm planning on purchasing many knives......

Honestly, i do thing it runs in genetics... as my father did aswell long before i came along, ALONG with my 2 uncles, in which 1 still buys (and has probably around 300-500) of them to date!
Me, well im still young lol but definetly have my own collection going on, around 20-25 knives in total so far and hope it keeps going up =D
