Why did Case stop making the Barlow?

I too was impressed by Robert's post, lot of truth in it. If you look at old catalogues, it seems to me that smaller patterns did predominate, narrower and probably lighter. I'm very fond of GEC because of their quality but they are often heavier (due to large bolsters and thicker steel) than I would like. Kind of hangover from the Buck 110 dominance?? The Conductor is an excellent knife but its bolsters are disproportional to its size.

Back on the CASE! A bolster stamped version in Yellow D or sawn delrin would I think be immensely popular. Most people like Yellow, it's utility would speak for itself, one or two blade model ss and cv VROOOM!

Will, I agree. If Case just had a couple of simple Barlows like the yellow delrin in their arsenal yearly that would be a good thing, and offering them in SS as well as CV.
