Why Do People Use Cheap Blades?

Some like cheap wine.
Some like cheap women.

It depends on what you want from them.

I want something special. :)
 
Well I saw an ad on Big Five Sporting goods for a $7 knife I went there to look at it. It looked decent so I bought it. Also got a Browning knife for $10 a few weeks later.

It's only now that I've been shopping for a quality knife that I see the difference between a cheap and expensive knife. My Browning is now missing a screw. My other knife's craftsmanship can't compare with the ones I was playing with at the gun store (Sogs, Spyderco, Kershaw, etc).
 
my dad is like that... he has a flee market knife and he only likes small knives... im going to get him an sog twitch 2 for his birthday
