Why do we call the BK9 "The King"?

Well any knife that can take a seasoned cedar log apart and still shave arm hair deserves to be called The King!

Man, I hear that. I've batonned with mine several times, and it still shaves with no problem at all.

I'm a huge BK 9 fan. And yes it is the king in the Becker line but I would like to see Ethan design a new larger Becker. Something with a 14-16" blade and at least 1/4" thick or thicker.

Thats a Craftsman 2x42 it is a lot of grinder for the money.
