Beating out ALL my other edc's? Heres some of my rotation, well WAS some of my rotation

mini manix
yojimbo
SE pacific salt

mini skirmish
210 tk

I do carry at least two blades, SE pacific was always left front pocket, used mostly for food. I then rotated what I call my EDC (main blade). Well now since I got my Caly 3 SE, all others have not seen any pocket time? All are GREAT blades, and I even put the mini skirmish in my pocket walked down my stairs, as my hand hit the door handle to leave for work, I had to do a 180 and walk right back up and put my caly 3 SE in my RFP! I'm not making any of this up:( :( Only PE on me was my Spin (WOW on that little guy to)

I figure I found the light. I have went to the SE side, and I'm afraid it will be vary hard to go PE or CE any time soon. Really my Caly 3 SE in RFP and Spin in rt watch pocket will get the job done!

Am I alone? I used to only dig my SE pacific salt only for food, but never really cut anything else with it. Also has anyone else that went SE ever went back PE? Seems like my SE does everthing better than PE. Really I thought SE ripped more than cut, but when sharpened right they do not rip like I thought, they cut cleanly.

Sal thanks for making my Caly 3 SE!!!!!!!

Now go get a SE, even if you don't think you will like it, I bet you will see what I'm saying. I bet a Delica 4 SE would be a great place to start? Caly 3 does a little better I would think because of the full flat grind.

Your thoughts?

Here they are in all there pocket hogging glory!!!!!

Nice pictures.

The Caly 3 SE is a great knife - I love mine. I don't feel right without a SE Spyderco on me. I typically carry a swiss army knife to complement the SE, and sometimes a Spdyerco SE and PE.

Pacific Salt is another great knife, although I personally favor the smaller Salt I - the Salts are particularly nice with serrations.

The Caly III is in my pocket right now;)

It's a great knife, and the leaf blade handles just about any chore.:)

The Caly 3, IMHO, is a great knife! I don't carry mine too much these days, but it's only because I fell sick for a small Sebenza.

For an EDC piece, the Caly 3 easily ranks in my top 5. Spyderco makes so many great knives that it's hard to say which one is my favorite spyder, but it may well be the Caly 3.

:)

The Caly 3 has been a perfect EDC for me since I've had it.

It has replaced a D4, but I do enjoy the Pacific Salt for hard use tasks, food and as a general purpose outdoors knife.
