Why doesn't GEC produce Sodbusters?

Maybe they could make it sexy like this... :p

It looks like Kerry's bringing sexy back...

Beautiful knife. Looks a bit familiar.

Late to the dance again but gonna get out on the floor anyways.

I would love to see GEC come out with some form of a sodbuster and I think they could do it at a price point that would appeal to lots of users, especially those that don't lean to customs.

I now have three sodbusters after not even knowing they existed a few months ago. I'd seen Kerry's khnutbusters but what they were really didn't sink in other than cool knives.

I bought a Rough Rider with the imitation tortoiseshell handles after getting a different RR I liked, just to see if I liked the pattern. Then I won an Indian Head brand sodbuster that must be made by the same company because other than the shield, the only variation from the Rough Rider is that the Rough Rider is finished better.

Then came the chance to order one of Cases sodbusters, same size, with American workman handle material. The only drawback with the Case, and it may not be a drawback to someone who was actively using the knife as a work knife day in and day out, is that the spine of the blade is precisely square. The edges are square enough to seem sharp although they really aren't. What I do really like though and I didn't realize how much until the Case arrived is that the Case does not have the linerlock like the other two.

Here's a stock photo of the Case:

Since the Case (this particular one anyways) was only a little more than twice the price of the RR, If GEC could keep their sodbuster within just a little more than twice the price of the Case, I'd bet they'd sell a suitcase full or more.
