Sounds good. What's it about? How's it compare to Orange is the New Black?
Blind tiger now has Heather Ale on tap -- a little sweet, but hits like a 4 pound drilling hammer.
also Red Hook "pumpkin porter" is pretty tolerable.
Interesting. I could spend a lot of money at that place, trying all of their beers.
My local beer store has Red Hook IPA, so I will keep an eye out for their pumpkin porter.
I didn't try too many pumpkin beers last year, I will have make up for it this year.![]()
I consider RedHook ESB to be the 'center of beer'.
If you could take all of the possible beer flavors, peel off the outside and just drink the middle, that would be RedHook ESB.
There's something admirable in that, if not particularly exciting.

they used to, now it's just once a monthEvery Saturday? Working six days at work, so it will be a while before I can make. Definitely sounds worth doing, though.
well, since crossing Illinois is sort of like going to hell to get here...I thought dying was necessary to get to Heaven?
If any of you get out St. Louis way. There is a bar called "The Flying Saucer" they have something like 100 different beers on tap. They are pretty knowledgeable about the different types/tastes of beers as well.
