The sheath looks really good, Cam! Interesting that the firesteel loop is integral and not an additional piece.
 
Any Google Earth pilots? Pretty cool flying at the edge of space going this fast, although admittedly hard to control:

Well, I don't plan on putting any stipulations in about language or anything like that, but maybe not having the emoticons might not immediate put people off the place until they get acclimated. Or some such. Who knows. I can put everything back later if need be.

Just got my kitchen knife set, they are really nice and balanced can't wait to do some cooking with them.. Have to say knifeworks is an awesome company to deal with too.

I was looking at those just the other night and I'm still trying to figure out how to get a set on the wedding registry.

I love my set. I got them for Christmas. The are phenomenal, and when I had to touch up the edge on one, it got so sharp you could make a fuzz stick out of a hair... Wicked sharp

Got the B.O.B. in today. Love it man. Sweet blade, that came razor sharp, and the handle actually fits my hand, which was one of the selling points for me. Not sunny out, so not the best photos:

Update,

Turns out I have a torn Superior Labrum, and a torn anterior capsule, and thickening and abnormal signal in my middle glenohumeral ligament....
The doc actually asked me how the hell I had been using my arm for the last umpteen months..lol He immediately prescribed me 40 percosets, and told me to get a surgical appointment with his office asap.
Ahhhhhh yeah. Im a retard ...... Guess I should have gotten it looked at more seriously, sooner huh ?
But at least I get percosets right ?

Dubz what is the divot in the end of the handle for? Is that for striking the fire steel? That is a pretty sweet looking knife.

Thorny sorry to hear that. But make sure you follow what they tell you to do for your recovery. I've seen some folks make a full recovery in 2-4 weeks. Others I've seen them take over a year and still not have full range of motion. The exercises you do at home will make the biggest difference! Good luck though man!

They call it a shango notch. The firesteel has 2 bars of magnesium, and a striker. For striking, yes. Kind of a joke, if you ask me. Really like this knife though. That Bush Monkey is freakin' sweet too. Would love to own it.

Sorry to hear about this Thorny...but the percosets should help make things more comfortable. Make an appointment and get yourself fixed.
 
Heading out with Christine to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Been together for 17 years...amazed she's still with me.
