the title says it all...i can not use the PM thinghy ...maybe if i had read the user agreement i could have a clue ...but i did not, so is there any one out there that can tell me what`s up?

I think it's the same as the avater, CT, sig, ... basic users don't have them, you need to upgrade your acount or something

Becasue you need a minimum Gold level membership to do that here.

I've tried several times now to upgrade my account,it keep's saying something about my cc!yet i use my credit card constantly so i dont get whats up,anyone know?i've e-mailed admin but no response.

Now you're in the Service & Support forum you can read the sticky threads here and probably find out what the problem is. If you still need help after reading the sticky threads we'll need a more specific error report than "it keep's saying something about my cc!" ...
