I like the locating hole. It’s unique to the CRK Sebenza. I like that it is used to terminate the lockbar cutout on the lock side. I would go so far as to say that I would prefer the Inkosi to have it.
I would like to add that the hole did "have the customer in mind" originally. The locating hole was for exact and tight tolerances as i have heard. I would much rather have a hole and excellent tolerances than no hole and a subpar Sebbie. That being said, in this day in age they could probably accomplish the tolerances without the hole. But why change an iconic knife? Personally i like the hole. Adds a little flair, and there are plenty of other options of titanium slabbed knives with good tolerances if i were to hate the hole. Those Mayobenzas sure look awesome tho, and not for lack of holes.
