Why I only buy Busse knives...

Busse hits the sweet spot for me in customs as well, as crazy as that may sound. The two customs I got from the shop through various means are knives I'd have never known I wanted until Busse sent them to me. Crabshacks are custom enough for me, they still perform like a Busse and I can actually afford one every once in a while. Unlike my grail mammoth ivory / damascus custom bowie fighter which may have to be a retirement purchase in order to happen.
