Why im proud to be a Beckerhead.

Such an Awesome story. Shows the character of the Beckerheads and those who hangout here.
This really is a special place and this is yet another story that makes me proud to be a Beckerhead as well.

Col and Psyop, Thanks for helping out one of our brothers.

That is awesome! BK&T is a great community for sure. The Col is a great man and I'm happy to see that PsyOp inherited some of that(ssshhh, don't tell him I said something nice). Well BSmith, I hope your situation improves. This is definitely a great place. Congrats on the new axe!

Congrats on the new axe! I hope things get a little easier for you.

Psyop and Col - very classy, fellas.
Makes me glad to be part of the group.

Wow what a great story. Great to hear Col and Psyop helping out someone without expecting any recognition. I've only just joined this group, but it renews my faith in my fellow man that there's still kind hearted people in the world. Good on ya both. And I hope this is just the start of a change in fortunes for you bsmith. Good karma for all of you!

I've got to be honest guys, after my divorce, and the custody battle for my boys, i was hoping for some relief. Its never come. Yes, i retained my family farm, yes i got primary custody of my boys, but with all that i got all the financial burden a well. The costs of raising my family is identical to before the divorce, but now there is only one income to cover everything, before there were twice as much coming in. Its tough.
Its gestures like this that keeps hope alive. Those guys really don't understand how much that axe meant to us, and how beneficial it will be. I hope i haven't caused them any discomfort with telling what they done for us, i surely didn't mean to if i did.

Things like that need to be said, though, to remind everyone of how much good a kind deed can bring into someone's life. Sometimes people forget that taking care of each other is one of the most important parts of being human. It's always a blessing to be reminded of the importance of that.

Col and Psy acted like true gentlemen, and should be commended. I hope that we can all keep their gesture in mind when we encounter others in need.

Wow, great story. My hat's off to the kind Beckerheads who sent the ax, and bsmith, good on you for persevering through all of this. The lessons your boys learn form this will be with them the rest of their lives.

Enjoy that ax; I've got an old logger felling ax here and it's a dream to chop with.

I enjoyed helping out...no big deal on my part and I hope things get better for the Bsmith_shoot family. And soon!

Awesome! Col and Psy, good to see you helping out a guy while he's down. Hang in there, bsmith! You're taking care of your kids and they're extremely well off for having a dad fight for them like that.

Wonderful story. I hope that, thanks to the generosity of two very good people, this is the start of more good things for you and your family.

Thanks guys. Don't think I've given up, our even feel like I've got it bad, cause i don't. These last few months have been trying, but by no means impossible. We have done great with what we've had, and had a great chance to just enjoy each other. Heck, Connor, my oldest, had turned into a dang good bushcrafter lol. He can make fire with the best of em. He asks to go hiking and camping. In a lot of ways, its been a blessing for us.

Thanks brother!

Not a lot of places on the web where you see stuff like this happen. Kudos to col and Psyop.
Bsmith, I really hope the situation gets to turn towards a more positive outcome for you, both in the short and the long run.
Stick in there and stay strong for the kids and wife. I hope everything will turn out good, man.
