Why is my membership showing as a registered user?

Just a question. I paid for a gold membership but I am showing as a registered user. Why is this?

I think you need to change your user group in the control panel yourself.

Also, sometimes it takes a few days for Spark to do it. He has been under the weather some recently, give him some time, it will happen.
