Why is stamped Hoffritz on my Government Agent?

Someone know why is stamped (Hoffritz) like this picture

on my Government Agent Blade?

This is just a guess on my part, as I was not with SOG when the Government knives were produced, but we might have run a limited run of the knife for Hoffritz Cutlery (http://www.hoffritz.com/) with their logo on it as the logos looks the same.
