Why Maxpedition?

My favorite two packs are Maxpedition and Camelbak military. Both have served me well over the years.
My Max PFII and Jumbo Versipack see alot of use.
The Camelbaks see duty when I need to carry a little more than just for the day outing.
I feel the Maxpedition stuff is built like a tank!
The Camelbaks are damn sturdy also.
I guess its just a matter of finding something you like.

I just ordered a Snugpak Sleeka 35 for a daypack, but I have had plenty of Maxpedition. Just because they have had some styles I wanted to try and they are readily available for purchase or trade. Most Maxped stuff of mine makes it to the exchange, except for my bottle kit. I've also had lots of REI stuff and a Kifaru Scout, but my Grail for daypacks is Kifarus X-Ray. Since I trade and barter my way into almost all my gear, it will be awhile before I get the X-Ray.

I love my Falcon II. I put two 12 X 5 bottle holders on the side to hold water bottles, and a roly-poly for my belt. I love this set up because I can take a 12 X 5 off for day hikes, or the entire thing for overnighters. Very modular.

The Monsoon is a nice pack, strange (to me) to wear at first:D.
I could not pass it up for 50$. Loaded up with a 100oz bladder, light weight rain jacket along with mre goodies and EDC crap I use it for light hikes and mtn biking, neat pack!
My jumbo fatboy is a daily user also, ya' just can't beat it for a cool diaper bag or what ever else you may find a use for it. I am working on getting pics up that show what mods I have done to it to make it a bit more user friendly.

For the everyday go to bag is the TAD FAST pack reigns supreme:D
