Jeff carries a Bladetech because he's a fan of quality American-made knives, and seeing as his company doesn't produce a folder (yet) how would it not make sense for him to carry one from another American manufacturer? :confused: I'm also surprised that Mr. Cabala didn't simply ask the man himself, seeing as he's an active member here and even has his own subforum. :rolleyes:

Everyone has their own personal opinions and preferences. What works for one person might not make sense for another. That’s the reason why companies sell more then one model of knife. If he doesn’t like there knives fine. But personal vendettas and trolling are not the best ways to get a point across. That being said a wise man once said “don’t feed the troll”.

Cabala didn't know that Mr Jeff is member here, so that's why he isn't ask man himself. By the way, I don't have nothing personal against anybody, but still thinking about RAT knives everything what I sad. American, no American knifemaker doesn't mean nothing; knife design is much or less usable as is quality.

I'm not avenger, just say and explain what I personally think about it. If this hurts someones feelings, I apologize.
 
What exactly is your issue with Jeff and RAT?

Jeff uses knives from quite a few manufacturers and will quickly admit that RAT designed knives are not for everyone nor perfect for every task.

If you have an issue with Mr. Randall or RAT cutlery, come on over to the RAT cutlery forum here on bladeforums and aire your complaints.

Met Jeff at BLADE last year and he gave me some helpful advice re: Machetes and some other outdoor stuff. Seems like good people to me. This thread reminds me I need to pick up a RAT RC-3.

cabala go joust at windmills elsewhere. You'd think after 2 negative posts (based on your personal opinion only) against RAT cutlery you'd catch on.
