I feel that the 7.5in Projects and the nkonka are a tad too big and the variety of the 5.5 in bladed knives a tad too small, how come there is nothing in the ideal range of 6.5?

Have there been any past one-pieces in this range? What were the stats on the Mark V and the Al Mar knife?

Thanks

While I think the P-II is the ideal-sized combat/utility fixed blade, let me be the first to suggest a new knife (following your idea):

"The Project III"

6.5" (blade) version of the Project II
Material: CPM 3V

- Hell, while we're at it, let make a "test-run" of the Project series in CPM 3V...I am sure they will be sold before anyone can blink (please send me one of each, the $$$ will follow shortly) ;)

I remember when 3V first came out, the folks at CR said that they didnt make billets large enough for one piece knives, but now i have seen Nkonka's in 3V so that means it is possible. Since Reeve himself says it's better i am all for it.

A 6.5 in project would be so perfect.
