Why no "Blade Magazine" at Walmart?

Just saw this thread.

The Blade issues that were in Walmart were by the outdoors section as part of a special promotion. They are trying to get it in all Walmarts all the time... stay posted.

If you have a problem with not getting an issue, needing info on a maker, finding a story, etc. call 1-800-272-5233 ext. 642 -- ask for Missy. I guarantee you'll get your issue and all that can be done to make your sub right will be done. Trust me.

The subs recently got moved to a Florida based shipment center and some problems happened with lists - if you don't tell someone about the problem they won't know it exists.
 
Did I mention I had signed up for the mag almost 3 months ago and still no mag?
Did I say how I go to the web site to "contact" them and they don't know who I am?
Did I say how they took the payment from my credit card right away even though they don't know who I am?
Did I say it's wrong for the customer to have to go through all of this because of them?
Did I say how almost everyone I have heard from says the same thing?
Did I say how this appears to be a long standing way they operate so it's no secrete in fact it appears planned?

Did I say they SUCK!
 
Maybe you got some one at the post office that likes to read the Magazine also. It happens. I have been a subscriber for about 10 years and don't ever remember missing a copy. It may have been late, I don't "live" to receive each issue. I also subscribe to the other knife magazines, KI, Tatical, and KW. They are regular in showing up also. If I moved or something, that takes a while. If you didn't get yours, I would say to check and make sure you were listed as a subscriber. That should take care of it.
Then again, if you don't want the magazine, ask for a refund and see what happens. Just a thought.
 
I get everything else just fine including the gun mag I took out at the same time.
 
AXIS - Not trying to beat a dead horse here, but call 800-272-5233 ext. 642 and it WILL be taken care of. If there is a mistake it will be taken care of, but you have to get to the right person. Call that number and you will get to the right person.
 
Axis - By the way, your theory that it is "planned" that you didn't get your sub just doesn't make sense. ESPECIALLY since you got your "gun mag" - that's Blade's sister publication Gun Digest the Magazine... It was a mistake - probably your name getting purged when the subs got changed over - about the same time you signed up. If you take the time you are spending posting, and dial that toll free number, the issue will be solved. :D
