Why No Hollow Grinds From Bladesmiths?

I do hollow grinds on some knives. This pistol has a 14" hollow. I want a 36" wheel or bigger. The hollow grind picks up light better than flat but small wheel hollow grinds dont look good with old style blades. IMO
