Why not 2 liners on the Military and the police??

The only knife I would even think about prying with would be a Busse.

I have found that cutting into/carving hard wood with a folder can subject the blade to a lot of lateral force. This force tends to cause FRN/Zytel handles to flex. Over time, that creates looseness around the pivot & lock. I have trashed a Gerber covert (w/nested liner) and a Spydie Lightweight Calypso Jr. (no liners) on long camping trips this way. Not really destroyed the knives, but just caused them to be so loose that I no longer had faith in them and so gave them away to others specifically for light use. In contrast, my dual-liner + G10 REKAT Pioneer eats this sort of use up without the slightest sign of wear, flexion or loosening. You may argue that only an idiot would abuse a folder in such a manner. However the fact remains that this sort of flexion will create problematic wear on a folder, at least the FRN types I've used. Whether the nested liner & G10 on the military is strong enough to overcome this problem, I don't know.

The way I see it is get the one that will hold up to what you are going to use it for.A SNG will cut up a steel drum and the Millitary or Sebenza will field dress game and is good for med to heavy EDC work,Calypso jr Native,Delica for Med EDC.a Case peanut or a Kiwi is a good light or office EDC.
