Why only the single thumb studs?

Yeah, I never noticed that till you said something. Cool:thumbup: Maybe thats part of the reason why I always think the classic is more comfortable in the hand.
 
I just got a Large Micarta with double studs yesterday and I love it! It is also the partially serrated version, very cool! :thumbup:
