Why so many cleaver folders with obstructed edges?

Ferrum Forge Buc maybe? It still has a considerably normal amount of point to it, though it does have sort of cleavery proportions

Love the look of it! But because I'm a support worker, I can't risk anything that will poke. Sometimes I'll have people grab at what I'm handling, and I wouldn't want them to stick themselves by accident.
