Why would I want a sunfish?

Why would I want a sunfish?

Aside from cutting rope, and looking good while doing it?

If I get tired of my pants actually sitting at my waist and i want that "saggin" look. Nothing a few pounds of steel in the back pocket won't fix.

Sometimes when the current is too strong while fishing the Chattahoochee I like to use a Sunfish as an additional anchor to drag behind the boat. And if your motor gives out you can always paddle to shore with it.

A Sunfish doubles as a nice "pocket" garden hoe, spade, and/or shovel.

There ain't nothing like a fried eggs and bacon breakfast when camping. No need for a skillet, just whip out that Toenail hold the main blade over the fire and start cooking.

Lost your spatula? No problem when you carry a Sunfish (carry two for use as skillet and spatula simultaneously)

Ping Pong paddle

Signal mirror

Temporary license plate

etc...

Good for spreading butter on French Toast.

:D Excellent post.

these responses are cracking me up. truthfully, I have asked the same question many times. I ordered a RR to check it out. The spring broke the first time I opened it (not a commentary on Rough Rider...have plenty of their knives and they're great...just odd...only time that's ever happened to me). Anyway, the brief time I spent with the broken knife confirmed my suspicions. Too big, too heavy. That's me, though.
