Ok, i dropped the ball for the small knife challenge this month. There just isnt enough time in a month anymore. But, that doesnt mean i wasnt THINKING about the challenge, and the idea of a small knife doing BIG things. Well it was time to see just how BIG the my little bk11 could be, since i missed the chance. And in the process i realized EVERYONE should own this knife, its only $30 (USD) yet it acts like a $300 (USD) knife.

Here it be

Well most of us already knew that it can do all that and more :D LOL

Clich - I know the knife kicks butt - but, do you have dulling problems with the stock sheath?

You're preaching to the choir, brother.

Good job chopping up stuff around the house though

That BK-11 is a sweet and useful little bugger, innit?

Awesome stuff, Clich. I'm diggin' it.

They are some tough, tough knives for sure.

And, they're pretty, to boot. :D

nope, i took a file to it right away. i also solved the problem by buying one of goose's leather pants

so glad i already own a bk11 given to me by a buddy i served with making it even more speacial, its really an amazing knife. by the way cold steel can go and screw, i dont think they have done a tool box yet.

BTW, a chance for a safety tip. always keep the knife in the sheath when using the bottle opener/prybar to prevent cuts. that is all, return to the regularly scheduled program

Great workout...... good to know it can do all of that and still open my imports.....i keep her with me all the time...... never know when I may have a confrontation with my tool box.... lol

yes it's on my list... definitely. no it's not $ 30, the pricetag for this beauty is around $50 in my country :D

thanks for the pics.

I like my BK-14. To me the handle is just a better fit with it's ergos. But it's the same blade either way, so a 14 will do the same damage. Mine has remained damage free cause I've usually got my 2 with me when I've got the 14... But I use the 14 a lot in food prep. Holds a razor edge and is great to work with. I'd like to see some other kitchen knife baton a tool box and come out able to make feather stix :-P

damn.

I was a little upset until I saw that you'd created a bottle pocket.
