I have been hosed by a memeber of the knife community that has been around awhile. I would say this guy is pretty well respected. I won't get into the particulars as it is not closed out yet, but needless to say I am a bit suprised.

Basically it involves misrepresentation of the condition of a knife. Knife was claimed to be mint, but it was borderline abused.It's not even close to mint. If you knew what knife it was and what the abuse was, you'd probably become ill! Asked for a refund. As expected....no reply as of yet.
 
Well quite frankly even if you get a refund,I would still like to know what Good Standing member represents a "abused" knife as "Mint"
Do you have Pictures? I mean some peoples condition description might differ slightly,I would be suprised how anything "abused" could be misconstrued as "Mint" Like I said,if your correct,even though the condition details have not been detailed by you,I would expect a name,as this would constitute a change in character and integrity.Help future formites from possibly dealing with this person if what has happened is true.At the very least we can get both sides of the story.If we know the whole story and member name usually the facts tend to appear quickly and get a resolution.
 
Glad it worked out for you!! Lately I have decided to post more if I have become uncomfortable in a situation, if it works out great but none the less it's still uncomfortable and we need to talk about it!
