Thanks for writing and telling us about Best Sharpening Stones. We’ve been hearing a lot about them lately. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience. If you’ve already paid for your order with them, we can fulfill the order for you and collect the payment from them. If not, we’d be happy to take your order. The new Pro-Pack II isn’t ready yet, most likely won’t be for another month or more – I’m still tweaking some details to get it just right. The current version we’re shipping is the Gen II which is the technology in both the Basic Kit and the Pro-Pack I and we’ll continue shipping those for the foreseeable future. It’s will be possible to purchase upgrades to the Gen II including the new arms. I hope that’s helpful. Please let us know what you’d like us to do.
