Their customer service is superb. I have always gotten very prompt responses from Clay as well as Kyle.

I'm just saying they haven't replied to my messages. I know it is a long weekend but I sent those Messages a few days ago.
They might be super busy I guess👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I've had one instance where they took a week to respond to my message; it was the week of Shot Show though, so they were understandably busy. It did cause me more than a personal inconvenience though and they were kind enough to send me an extra set of strops as an apology.

Every other time they've responded within a matter of hours.
