Includes everything and is in good shape, a bout .6ml of compound left in the syringes and leather strops are still in good shape. In full disclosure one of the ceramic hones cracked so i removed it from the handle, took off the clumpy old glue and gorilla glued it in place, Still functional the crack is about an inch from the bottom and almost impossible to find by eye and hard to find by touch. If you buy my wicked edge i will throw in an enos double nest with slap strap pro or a pair of oakley dispatch polarized. The hammock has a 1.5 inch tear that is patched still has lots of life.
