If your reading this, you probably know what it is. If you don't, it's about the best quality sharpener you can get. Can a pro do a better job by hand? Yes, but this system is so easy to use, and the results are so good, it's hard to argue it not the best sharpening system there is.
This set is an extra set for me, so I'm letting it go at a good price. This is basicly a pro pack 1 set with extras. The kit is used. I've probably done 6 knives on it. All of them to a mirror edge. It is in excellent condition, and all the stones have been cleaned in my ultra-sonic cleaner, and are ready to go. Everything listed below is included.
Wicked edge mount and rods, with a custom made corian base. Corian base is beautifuly made with rounded corners, and non-slip pad on the bottom. The base allone is worth $50+
100-200 grit stones
400-600 grit stones
800-1000 grit stones $80 extra
1200-1600 ceramic stones $80 extra (show usage, But in good condition)
3.5-5um leather strops with diamond paste (show usage, with a couple small nicks, but that is normal)
They already have paste on them, hense the darker color.
