It is a cut and paste from the mfg. website. Really there are 15 detents at one degree intervals, on each side of the blade.
So is it continuous? The device does not allow for 1/2 degree increments. But, does one really need more freedom than this? I think not.
For practical purposes it is continuously adjustable, in one degree increments, from 15 - 30 degrees.Have a look at the product here:

I just purchased the Wicked Edge from Scott and let me tell ya this thing is good. I've always sharpened my knives by "hand" and thought I was decent but always wanted a sharper/uniform edge without spending hours working a blade..this system is easy to set up and accompolishes edge's i've longed for in short time.
Scott shows a geniune intrest in his product and answered all my questions while not pushing me to buy his product. He is "straight up" in my book and I would not hesitate to purchase anything from him in the future.
