Good evening gentleman. I was telling a friend about a homemade system I saw on here awhile back. If I remember correctly, I believe the builder was a college student, but he built a Wicked Edge type sharpening system with parts he ordered off a popular Internet Auction site. He had a parts list with the specific parts he used. I've searched every word I can think to use, and have had no luck. Does anyone remember this build, and/or could you steer me to the thread? Thanks!

No, that wasn't it, but thanks for posting. There are some nice designs on there, but not the one I was looking for. His had a parts list for the components.

At first glance I thought this was it, but reading further, it's not the one I was thinking of. The one I was looking for didn't use rubber bands to hold the stones on. Thanks for posting though. I do remember the builder said he was a college student and he had a parts list of places to order the components.
