  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

I just finished up a prototype cutting competition bowie

Carmel Micarta - sculpted
Stainless double guard
3/8 1095 Blade
Faceted Spine.
future versions will have a sharpened clip.

I like it.
Looks like it has good weight/balance and a comfortable handle. And you wouldn't have to worry about beating it up too much.
All ingredients of a good hard working knife.

thanks

I'm going to make a nicer one in the next couple weeks and have Coop do his thing w/ it.

unfortunately I've not had the chance to send a knife to Coop in some time.

Hey Stephen, I'd like to watch that one work in a cutting competition, looks like it's a performer.

Looks great.

Although you may want to move the lanyard hole up toward the guard. It's a lot safer should the user lose his/her grip an the handle.
