The Dublin is my personal favorite knife to use in my kitchen. The long, classic slicing blade makes quick work of steak, pork tenderloins or chicken breasts. I use mine all the time.

I have been making knives since 2012. Every process is done in house including heat treat. The only process I don't do is the stabilizing of handle material, and that's because I could never do it as well as K&G. I'm a Voting Member of the Knifemakers Guild, a Founding member of the Midwest Knifemakers Guild. My work has been featured in Blade Magazine, Knives Magazine, Knives Annual (multiple years), books, TV and of course the internet. I appreciate you considering one of my knives. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to ask. Prices include shipping in the US (Sorry, no foreign sales) and any PP fees.
