I know the A. G. Russell Acies has a pretty wide blade. Here's the specs, from their description
The modified 1/8" thick drop-point blade of ZDP-189 at 64-66 Rc. measures a full 3-5/8" long and 1-1/8" wide.
The handle is 4 1/2"
It's a little pricey, but the quality is up there.
