Wife's Rams Horn Comment

:cool:...The wife got home from another "foraging" trip to the local departments stores just now and saw my new Custom 110 on the desk. She said..."It looks just like all the other ones you get from that Custom Shop place"......hmmmmm...Anyone got a red handled 532 from 2000 layin' around?? Might be a "swap" comin' folks...NO...Not for the Rams Horn 110...:eek::eek::p
 
You will be hard pressed to find anybody to make that trade Darryl ;)

Bubba and Odie were fishin', Bubba was getting a fresh one out of the ice chest and said Odie I think I am gonna de-vorce my wife, she hasn't spoken to me in a whole year..........Odie says, Bubba you might orter rethink that, a good woman like that is hard to find.

That Ram scale makes me wish I would have jumped on the Black Monday bandwagon.....300Bucks

:cool:...3CBucks...The whole knife is the best "put together" Custom 110 I've ever received. There was no way I was gonna send it back for a blade changeout...If I want BG-42 on it now I'll try to weasel a blade outa one of the guys in here...LOL...:p
 
The Ram Horn leaves me profoundly unimpressed.

Sure it's not plastic?

I went with Elk.

:cool:...HL...I have maybe 9 or 10 customs from Buck and of all of them...this one is put together better than any of 'em IMHO...The fit and finish is flawless and tight. The scales are almost perfectly matched considering it's a natural material. They are buffed perfectly and the finger-groove grinding is without a blemish of any kind on neither the horn nor liners. The blade is perfectly centered and shows no movement either open or closed. Not much to complain about with this one. It possibly has spoiled me for any others I may get in the future...LOL...:p...( I gotta add that I am known to be quite "picky"...:p )
 
I have one custom that I ordered for Christmas last year. It is a BG-42 with Sambar Stag in a fg. Which gives me three in stag. I would liketo get a few more in BG-42 with one as a user. Have to get through July first to see when I can order one though. May spend to much money at the plant!!!:D:D:D HL
