Wild foods books

Does anyone know of a good book on wild foods for a Boreal forest area (Northern Alberta) Or possible some sites? anything would be a great help.

Check used and out of print books for anything by Euel Gibbons. He got made fun of a lot in the seventies for doing Grape Nuts commercials but he was extremely knowledgeable and wrote well. His books are enjoyable to read. One place I have found good, out of print books is Alibris.com.

Steve brill is great his books are real good
also a pleasant surprise was EDIBLE PLANTS a North American Field guide by elias and dykeman it has color photos of edibly plants and poisonous lookalikes listed by season as well as the best ways to prepare them
