Up for sale is another Wild Horse Bowie this one is forged from 1/4 inch thick 1095 carbon steel with the edge is hardened to 60 Rc and has nice file work gracing the spine. It is classic Bowie shape with a 7.2 inch long blade and an overall length of 12.5 inches making it a good size but still not to large to carry. The hidden tang design gives a very good balance and the tang extends all the way through the handle and mechanically attached to the pommel. I also keep the tang nice and thick as it goes through the guard and back into the handle for good strength. The handle is a nice piece of fiddle back walnut with a light burgundy stain and sealed with many coats of Tung oil. The guard and pommel are brass. A tooled brown heavy 8/9 ounce leather sheath come with the knife. My Hard Edge Knives logo is on the knifes spine.
