I just had a FANTASTIC deal with wildeals.com. First, there prices are super cheap, second the guy will get back to you WITHIN 30 minutes 9-5, he also responded to an email I wrote him at midnight within 90 minutes. Now THAT is darn good. I ordered a byrd crossbill for my friends b-day on the 14th and I provided the WRONG address, he informed me around the 10th and emailed me. I was looking to also get a centofante 4 and I feel he earned my business so I ordered one and asked him them to lump them together, not only did he not charge me shipping on the other one, I think he upgraded my shipping so that the package got there by the 13th, keeping me informed the whole way. Both knives I recieved were perfect, both boxes double wrapped in some doctored bubble wrap fedex bag/envelopes and then inside another one! Mr. Osborne, you have more of my business coming when I get my tax returns and I don't know if you're on these forums but I wish you much prosperity in your business!

I agree! I bought a Bradley Alias from him. He responded to email quickly and shipped it fast!

I think he's one of the best (probably the best) online store for knives, and other goodies at the moment.

The way he runs his bussiness, is absolutely fantastic. Mr. Osborne knows what "customer care" is, and is allways prepared to help you out!

I’m quite new on this forum and by chance I found this section where you exchange your experiences with the dealers.
On 8th of March I purchased an SOG S1T Bowie II Black TiAIN with Leather Handle from WILDEALS ebay shop and paid by PayPal immediately.
On 15th of March I have send an email asking when I could expect delivery to Germany but no reply till today.
Could you give me some advice how to proceed?

The Good ,

Great prices ,charges actual shipping cost, placed my order around May 1st. Shipped PMO on the 2nd via Priority Mail, they received Money Order that Friday the 4th.
Great communication from Mr. Osborne. Friendly, corteous, what I would call a true profesional. :thumbup::

The Bad ,

Monday 13th no knife, no updates. I email. Answer is: knife will ship on the 14th . No harm, no foul. Knife WAS on stock thou. :(

The Ugly,

Finally cancel order on the 23rd around 8am Atlantic time, after unanswered e-mail requesting confirmation as to whether the item shipped on the 14th, (they have had my money for 19 days and supposedly shipped 9 days ago) Mr. Osborne replies that same day "you will have your knife THIS week" (emphasis mine).

No knife. No confirmation of ordered cancelled , no specifics (as previously requested) as to whether the knife shipped or not.

I'm out 52 bucks (Waved Endura+S/H). Just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. :barf:
 
it was moment releaf when Mr David Osborn, owner of Wildeals called me 24th. he was asked me what should he do with my Items(I'm from Korea and he shiped my knives but costom shiped it back and David said he got it. and I told him I made new path to got knives and about new updated address. and I told him that I don't know how many of knifes will be o k to ship it same time. and will be call him find out about it. )before then, he didn't answered me since 8th of may. and except since his last phone call 24th of am 4 in the morning in korean time.

next day , I called him and never answered since.

mailed him about 20 times and he never answer.

even today I faxed him. and there was no answer.
I paid him with my credit card about 2200 us dollers. I hope to have money back. or have knives.

I don't know what is going on with wildeals owner David. all I can think of is something huge bad thing happen to him. I hope David solve truble whatever it have now. but I am a buyer. I care as human being to him. but I have to think my situation. I just started small knife shop in korea. and people are waiting for knives. they ask me what happen to knives. you know, I can't just tell them "I don't know". truth is I Really DON'T KNOW. because I don't have any connection with wildeals where the shop I ordered.

Today i just found out that Wildealz on Ebay has no item listed. and his online shop wildeals has a problem with shipping calculate system. and that means, can not order anything. what does this two means? no e-bay and not allow order from online shop "Wildeals". I think both shows he is no longer in business.

WILDEALS can stop business. David can do that. but he have to make right untill last customers satisfied, who are trust him and WILDEALS. this is what business man suppose to do. and for matur adult to do. he can't cursh under his own feet faith to him.

What i mean's he have to clean up the mass before he shot down his business.

P.S I'm very sorry with My poor poor English. and. I want to say to Mr Osborn this. if something bad happen to you I hope things go well with you.(but I'm so upset and Angry and feel helpless)
 
Boodhachild, I don't know how the credit card companiesoperate in Korea, but if you can it is time to contact yours to apply for a chargeback.

If I read that correctly he HAS to refund me by tomorrow if he had not shipped by the 23rd when I cancelled .

I guess his LCC can shield him from monetary liability , will check what the Postal Inspectors can do on the criminal side.

STILL, hoping that it's all a BIG misunderstanding and I get my knife OR money today.

Hate to see a small biz fail. Really hate to see a small biz take customers for a ride.

And to think that just a few weeks ago I was reading GBU and thinking , BF'ers are some of the most patient guys.

A least I have not had to wait for months.
 
just want to hear some news about wildeals. my English ability is poor.
and I just don't know how to reserch about David. it is almost midnight in korea. and I just visited my credit company's web and left some note about what happen and help me to get my money back. It never happened even in korea(If somebody spoil customer's credit card payment, it is huge mistake in korea). and I just don't know how to contect with american master card company, If korean credit company can't slove this truble. 2200 us doller is more then my one month payment from my last job.

orangejoe, I hope this is all big misunderstanding too. I still want to have Knives then money.
 
Got my Waved Endura today!
Shipped on the 22nd. Via promised method USPS Priority Mail.

So when Mr Osborne said 'you'll get it this week' on the 23rd I guess that was a reasonable statement. Still it shipped 18 days after they received payment, this for an 'In Stock' item.

This will be my last Wildeal! I'm a little too old for this drama.

Hope you guys get your items also.

I am left with the feeling that at least in my case what happened is what hapens to lots of small biz type operations.

His biz is slowly running itself to the ground. I hope he gets more personnel and a better computer software and pulls himself into the ranks of the heavy hitters like newgraham. He certainly appears to have the volume to take the Quantum leap into stocking dealer status.
 
it is good to know that you have your knife.
but in other hand, it means Mr Osborn is Ignoring me.
like you said if he need better computers, you know computer these days, are so chip. even in korea you can get best quilty of it is about 450~600 us
dollers(except program and monitor). and he should get one for his business.

and what happen to his online phone? still don't answer.

I'm really sad. Mr Osborn was so nice. still I think he is very nice guy.
atleast he was. he was so care of how to deal with buyer from him.

I hope wildeals open or getting better and re open.

I almost had no sleep to concern my items. Damn, this is drying my blood!!!
 
My experience was not good.

2 knives paid for and not sent. Different transactions as well. Sudden halt in communication. As a non US buyer this was particularly alarming.

Paid for by Paypal and they refunded in my favour.

Would not want to have to go through that again.
 
Wildeals is awesome for me. I got one knife that had a defect and he gladly took it back and exchanged it for another one that he personally inspected. He also checked the rest of the stock for the same problem and returned those as well. Good guy in my opinion.
 
finally I had contect with him. he called me. and he told me he is very sorry with delay and miss communicate. he told me If I want, he will give money back.
Yes I had hard time. but I can tell, he try to fix it right hard. and finally he did.
I will order from wildeals again.

I had three good transactions with David in March and April, and he was very responsive to my inquiries. My last email of a couple weeks ago has gone unanswered, though. It's definitely out of character. I hope whatever is going on isn't serious and he gets back on his feet.
