I like to see variation (revolving around wss of course) and thought that it should be encouraged, along with difference of opinion within reason. If variation, difference of opinion and fairness go then this place is not so appealing.
There are many many aspects of wilderness adventure and this is a high traffic place to experience the community ... I'm a community bloke so fairness is what I ask.

I think fairness is what we get here. Just be sure to tie in something people can definitively connect to this sub-forum, even if you think it was implied. Lots of people post a lot of topics here and the moderators keep this place clean for us and on topic. Without them trolls would abound and we would have to sift through so much garbage as to make this place unforgivably unpleasant. Glad to have you back and in good favor. Best wishes man and keep up the knife modding. I'd like to see that one you ground down getting some use and a performance review.
 
Lets put this in perspective ... all a knife maker has to do is add a key "wilderness" word and that makes it ok to advertise here? Or a keen wilderness dude forgets to put the key word in and its gotta go to the correct location?
