Welcome to the forums. Not many people collect bird hooks, nice to see that someome does. Be fun finding them. Schrade made a couple, if your dad wants to find some of them for his collection.
As the Wildlife series is out of production, I guess the only answer to your question is Ebay. I just did a search, here is one Camillus/Western birdhook, although not what you asked about.
Ebay Camillus
I see many of these birdhooks listed on ebay where the hook is called a 'horse's hoof hook', which is similar, but not the same.
