Will an Ace case provide proper long term storage for fixed blades...

Hey guys I'm new to the forums and I believe this is the proper place to ask his question regarding storage. I've acquired some Blind Horse Knives if I kept them oiled in an Ace Case with silica gel packets if they would be fine to sit in my trunk and not rust or be damaged. I also worry because it gets quite hot here...95+ in the summers and the humidity is generally high. I also bought some Lt wright soft cases for my smaller blades but I do not know how well these work. Please help!
