will how long for warranty?

Will I was wondering how long it takes for warranty to turn knives around? I sent in a new 154 edc that has lateral, and some vertical blade play problems. I called the other day and was told it was recieved on the 24th of march.

Assuming your last name begins with an "H"[ I didn't want to devulge your last name on the forum without your permisson ], your EDC's repairs were completed this morning, and it should leave the plant by tomorrow.
