Don't know if this is posted in the proper forum or not, seemed like the best fit so here goes... I'd like to hire a knifemaker to re-handle my Spyderco Bushcrafter. I have a nice stabilized block of exotic wood that I bought at a gunshow a few years ago. You would have to supply the rivets, the lanyard tube, and of course the shop time. I would, of course, pay you for your services and these materials. Paypal or Money Order. Your choice.

PM me with an estimate and your contact info (and payment terms) if you are interested in doing this work. I'd like to stick with the original size and appox shape of the factory handle as the sheath is made to retain the knife with the handle this shape and size. Besides, the handle shape and size is very comfortable and I wouldn't change a thing. The only problem with the original scales, as you probably know by now, is the fact that they weren't stabilized so when they got shipped from Taiwan to the dry air in Colorado they cracked. I picked this puppy up as a second. If you want one, they are selling like hotcakes over at the Spyderco website with free UPS ground. A whopping deal.

Thanks for any interest in this project. :)
