Will storing knives in knife rolls promote rust?
Any one try silicon treated grey cotton knife rolls?
Which knife rolls are the bests: silicon cotton or velvet
Are nylon knife bags good for storage?
 
As long as the roll isn't kept in a puddle and the knives have been treated in some way(oil, tuf-cloth, etc.) there shouldn't be any problems.
 
Have kept tools in cloth rolls before without much problem. Never really stored my knives that way.
As for more advice.
Eat better and get more exercise:D
 
You have to consider the area you live in, also. If you live in a seaside area, you must be much more careful, for instance. Also, periodically removing the knives and checking on them is important. I'm sure that shouldn't be too much of a burden.:D
 
I have read on this forum that keeping knives in sheaths cause corrosion. Will this happen when knives are kept in knife rolls?
